At request, childcare can be provided during the conference on campus in the KidsClub (INF 370, 69120 Heidelberg), between 8.00-16.30. Childcare is available for children between the ages of 18 months and 6 years. The teachers speak German, English and some Spanish and Japanese. The price for childcare services is 8 Euro per hour per child and should be supported by the parents.
You should indicate on the registration form if you need childcare, providing details on the age and native language(s) of the children.
This information should be provided by the end of July at the latest.
